Frank contracts out his hospitality

As Frank’s time is valuable and limited, he cannot always meet his foreign guests personally when they arrive. But he wants them to be welcomed in a professional, hospitable manner. He wants someone who can speak to them in their own language, prepare them for the business meeting, and ensure that they are in the right place at the right time.

He calls me and we go through the plan together. I meet Frank’s guests at the airport and ensure they have everything they need between the airport arrival hall and the meeting venue. I tell them what they need to know in their own language. When they join Frank at the table they are well prepared and ready to do business.
